We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below.


Return Eligibility

  • Our return policy is 31 days from the date you receive your item.
  • U.S. orders only — returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the United States (including Canada).
  • Items must be:
    • In the same condition you received them (unused, unworn, and in original packaging).
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact Page or email support@restorehopeoils.com to request a return.
  2. Wait for confirmation before sending your item. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Once approved, you are responsible for packaging and postage for the return shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened bottles or roll-ons
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product once your return is accepted.


Refunds

  • We will notify you when your return is received and inspected.
  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Quality Guarantee

Restore Hope Oils™ guarantees the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, request a replacement or refund within 31 days of purchase by:

  • Submitting a request via our Contact Page
  • Calling customer service (have your order number ready)

Refunds, gift cards, or replacements are issued for the full purchase price of the product.

If you purchased from an authorized seller or directly from RestoreHopeOils.com and are dissatisfied, return the product to the place of purchase for replacement, credit, or a full refund.

Note: This guarantee does not apply to products that have been misused, intentionally damaged, discontinued, expired, or purchased from unauthorized sellers outside Restore Hope Oils™ quality control.


Our Commitment

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with a Restore Hope Oils™ product, please return any unused portion within 31 days so we can replace it and address the issue for future orders.
