Common Uses
• Apply 1-2 drops to palms, rub gently together, cup hands near nose and inhale to help support open airways
• Diffuse to help purify the air from pathogens and bring the forest in without any of the pollen
• Apply to 2-3 drops to the chest with a carrier oil to help support the proper removal of mucus
• Apply 1-2 drops to a wet washcloth to help disinfect surfaces in the home or office.

Cautions
• Possible skin sensitivity please dilute with Restore Hope Oils Fractionated Coconut Oil
• Take care to avoid eye exposure when applying.
• Dilute at maximum of 2% for children 2-5 years old for topical use.
