Common Uses

• Apply 1-3 drops with 2 pumps of Restore Hope Oils Fractionated Coconut Oil over the lower abdomen and lower back when experiencing minor cramping
• Apply 1 drop with 2 pumps of Fractionated Coconut Oil to bottom of wrists for a light floral perfume.
• Women or Men may massage this into soles of the feet before bed to support overall mood and sleep.
• Apply 2-3 drops to the spine with Restore Hope Oils Fractionated Coconut Oil for general mood and mental balance.

• Clary Sage, Bergamot, Lavender, Geranium, Cypress, Ylang Ylang, Petitgrain, Neroli, and Jasmine Absolute in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil
