Topical Application

• Dilute with Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply over the heart for feelings of calm and safety (suggested for use during days 20 through cycle start)
• Apply diluted to the neck and shoulders to encourage relaxation and reduce feelings of overwhelm
• Dilute and roll onto bottoms of feet or along spine at bedtime to support restful sleep
• Dilute and apply to wrists; inhale deeply to re-center and ground emotions
• Apply diluted over kidney and adrenal areas to help anchor mind and body during stressful times

Diffusion

• Add 4–6 drops to a diffuser to calm feelings of edginess or emotional overwhelm

Inhalation

• Place 1 drop in palms, rub together, and breathe in for 15–30 seconds for grounding support

Dilution Guidelines
Always dilute with Fractionated Coconut Oil before applying topically. A common ratio is 1 drop essential oil to 2–3 drops carrier oil.
