• Apply diluted to abdomen in a clockwise formation to encourage balance and digestive flow
• Place 1 drop diluted on the big toe to support balanced energy and focus
• Apply diluted to bottoms of feet in the morning for antioxidant support
• Dilute and roll onto pulse points such as wrists or sides of neck to encourage lymphatic movement

Diffusion

• Add 4–6 drops to diffuser to purify the air and create an uplifting, energizing atmosphere

Inhalation

• Place 1 drop in palms, rub together, and breathe in for 15–30 seconds to boost focus and motivation

Dilution Guidelines
