Common Uses:
- Apply to the bottom of the feet in the morning or evening to provide immune support.
- Gargle and swish with 1 drop of oil in 10ml of water in the morning after brushing to protect against infection and improve breath.
- Diffuse to purify air from pathogens.
- Apply 1-2 drops diluted with Restore Hope Oils Fractionated Coconut Oil to protect and mitigate any possible mucus buildup in the lungs.
