The Total Respiratory Duo offers support for both upper and lower respiratory functions in the lungs. Forest Air™ is primarily focused on providing assistance regarding upper respiratory function. It aids in helping to keep clear the sinus, nose, and throat areas. Remember Him™ specializes in supporting normal lower respiratory functions. The essential oils within Remember Him have been used since ancient times to help calm possible minor inflammation and defend against mucus buildup in the lower respiratory system.
The Total Respiratory Duo contains the following:
Forest Air™- Helps to support proper respiratory function through antimicrobial essential oils that have been shown to be supportive of normal breathing and general sinus function.
Remember Him™- Blended with many essential oils specific to ancient times, this blend continues to grow in popularity due to the essential oils that are supportive of the brain and lower respiratory areas of the body. Many customers find this essential oil to be very helpful when applied with carrier oil to the chest before sleep. (See below for ideas of possible common uses and applications)
Key Benefit
• These essential oil blends offer support for assisting open airways and minor bronchial disturbances. These two blends can also be used for mucus and immune defense, air pathogens when diffused, and muscle soreness.
Common Uses
• Topically – apply 1 drop of Forest Air™ to palms, rub gently together, cup hands near nose and inhale to help support open airways.
• Diffuse Forest Air™ to help purify the air from pathogens and bring the forest in without any of the pollen.
• Topically – apply to 2-3 drops of Remember Him™ to the chest with 2 pumps of Restore Hope Oils Fractionated Coconut Oil help support the normal expelling of mucus and defend against mucus buildup.
• Topically – apply 1-2 drops of Forest Air™ to a wet washcloth to help disinfect surfaces in the home or office.
• Diffuse - add 8-12 drops of Forest Air™ to a diffuser to experience a wonderful grounding scent and to help purify the air from possible pathogens.
• Topically – apply 2 drops of Remember Him™ to chest to support normal respiratory function. Dilute with Restore Hope Oils Fractionated Coconut Oil to prevent skin irritation.
• Topically – apply 2 drops of Remember Him™ to neck and shoulders to release feelings of stress. Dilute with Restore Hope Oils Fractionated Coconut Oil to prevent skin irritation.
• Topically - apply 1-2 drops of Remember Him™ to the bottom of each foot for general immune support and a more restful sleep.

• Cedarwood ,Cypress, Orange, Copaiba Balsam, Frankincense Serrata, Hyssop, Frankincense Carterii, Myrrh and Cinnamon Bark
Cautions
• Take care to avoid eye exposure when applying.
• If redness or skin irritation occurs, stop use of the essential oils.
• Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
• Not for internal use.
• Dilute at 2% for children 2–5 years old for topical use.
• Possible skin sensitivity, please dilute with Restore Hope Oil's Fractionated Coconut Oil
