Both versions of this essential oil blend were formulated to help encourage a sluggish digestive system when applied topically over the abdomen. Pure Digest contains essential oils known for minimizing the effects of nausea, supporting proper digestion, and inflammatory response in the gut. Pure Digest can assist in those times of minor indigestion and abdominal discomfort associated with eating. It is called the Soothe It & Move It Blend because the essential oils in the blend are supportive of calming digestive upset and may aid peristaltic movement.
While the traditional version of this blend provides the strongest concentration of essential oils, you also receive in this bundle the on the go version in a more convenient roll-on. The Pure Digest Roll-On is great for when a person may be traveling and/or eating out.

Common Uses
Pure Digest Traditional Dropper
• Adults and teens may apply 2–3 drops topically with 2 pumps of Restore Hope Oil's Fractionated Coconut Oil to the abdomen to aid a sluggish digestive system.
• Adults and teens may apply 2–3 drops to the lower abdomen with 2 pumps of Restore Hope Oil's Fractionated Coconut Oil to encourage elimination from the bowels.
• Adults and teens may apply 1–2 drops with 1 pump of Restore Hope Oil's Fractionated Coconut Oil to neck, shoulders and abdomen to help alleviate feelings of nausea.
Ingredients
• Lemon, Coriander, Peppermint, Fennel (Sweet), Rosemary, Black Pepper, and Ginger in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil (MCT oil)
Pure Digest Roll-on
• Apply over the abdomen before a meal in a clockwise circle to encourage digestive function and minimize feelings of indigestion.
• Apply to the lower abdomen to promote peristaltic movement and digestive release to minimize feelings of constipation.
• Apply to the neck/shoulders and abdomen to help defend against nausea.
Cautions
• Do not use if pregnant or nursing due to the peppermint content.
• Do not use on infants or children under 5 years of age due to the peppermint content.
• Dilute when using with children 5–12 years of age due to the peppermint content.
• Speak with your health practitioner before using any essential oils.
• Please dilute with Fractionated Coconut Oil when applying topically to avoid possible skin irritation.
