This essential oil blend was formulated to help support a sluggish digestive system. Pure Digest can assist in those times of minor indigestion and abdominal discomfort in association with eating. It is called the Soothe It & Move It Blend because the essential oils in the blend are supportive of calming digestive upset and may aid peristaltic movement.
While the traditional version of this blend provides the strongest concentration of essential oils in a more convenient form of Pure Digest with a higher dilution available in the Pure Digest Roll-On edition which you can view here.

Common Uses
• Adults and teens may apply 2-3 drops topically with a small amount of Restore Hope Oils Fractionated Coconut Oil to the abdomen to aid a sluggish digestive system.
• Adults and teens may apply 2-3 drops to the lower abdomen with a small amount of Restore Hope Oils Fractionated Coconut Oil to encourage elimination from the bowels.
• Adults and teens may apply 1-2 drops with a small amount of Restore Hope Oils Fractionated Coconut Oil to neck, shoulders and abdomen to help alleviate feelings of nausea.
Ingredients
• Lemon, Coriander, Peppermint, Fennel (Sweet), Rosemary, Black Pepper, and Ginger in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil (MCT oil)

• Do not use if pregnant or nursing
• Do not use on infants or children under 5 years of age
• Dilute when using with children 5–12 years of age.
• Speak with your health practitioner before using any essential oils.
• Please dilute with Fractionated Coconut Oil when applying topically to avoid possible skin irritation.

I’m Cathy a 63 year old female who has difficulty with sleeping through the night. I have made some different choices with my food but rubbing Gavin’s Pure Digest 1-2 drops diluted with organic fractionated coconut oil over my liver area toward my stomach has been a game changer. I apply this at bedtime and I’m not waking up at 2 or 3 am.
I don’t use every night but I especially use if I’ve eaten later than normal or if I’ve had sugar that evening. It has really helped me.
