I love this duo, in the am help with intermittent fasting, and pm help me digest dinner meals, so I rest better, live better.

I’ve been using this at night, one drop with carrier oil. I take a deep whiff then apply to my neck, shoulders and sternum area right before bed. It’s so instantly relaxing I feel like I’m melting in to sleep.

I carry this in my purse and use it when I’m feeling emotional pressure, like at a doctors appointment or when visiting the nursing home. It’s a bright and uplifting scent. And I often get comments on how good I smell.

I have a sprained knee and have been using Relief & Mobility on it. It warms my knee and loosens it up and is generally uplifting all around. I use hte mobility on my knee and the relief around my collar bone for the scent.

I am strong is my new favorite! Love the scent and the way it makes me feel.

I was seeking ways to lower my blood pressure since my adrenal glands might be the issue (who knows.) I stumbled across an episode of the resetter podcast. He mentioned the effects of the smell of oranges and it made sense. I ordered this trio set and when I had my blood pressure taken at my next doctor's visit, it was down by 27 points! This is a wonderful oil that I have enjoyed using daily. It’s a lovely uplifting scent that is not too strong. I will for sure order again when I run out.

I feel a difference in my energy and mood after a week using. I had to guess about mixing with my carrier oil since there are no instructions for number of drops per ml . It’s also challenging to count drops from the euro dropper because it comes out so fast.

I use the Rosemary essential oil ( I add a few drops to my unscented shampoo) to promote hair growth and it’s working.
Also, my hair smells wonderful and it’s natural.

I have used the roll on Remember Him on the bottom of both my feet when I got into bed every night this week. It worked! I’m 63 and sleep is a struggle. I feel rested in am.
